Pineapple Diet

What's for your dinner? Do you have saucy viands and oily fried dishes in your plate? Well, try to save it for breakfast tomorrow morning, let's eat fruits tonight!

Dinner for Tonight:
Pineapple

Pineapple contains carotene, vitamins B and C. A special advantage of pineapple is that they provide a rare enzyme bromelin, which is also often referred to as enzyme harmony. This enzyme has a great piece of property, it is very good cleaves proteins. That is, it promotes fat burning. For this diet is better to use fresh instead of canned pineapples.
